1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MCPfyio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using MCPfyio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
MCPfyio is a developer platform that automatically generates production-ready MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers from Git repositories. The service includes repository scanning, server code generation, sandbox testing, deployment tooling, and configuration export for AI clients.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. MCPfyio is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain security.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use MCPfyio to generate MCP servers from repositories you do not own or have permission to scan; distribute generated servers in violation of underlying open-source licenses; engage in reverse engineering of the platform; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of your source code and repositories. Generated MCP server code is yours to use, modify, and distribute subject to any licenses present in the underlying repository. MCPfyio retains ownership of its platform, tooling, and generation algorithms.
6. Billing and Plans
Free plan features are provided at no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
MCPfyio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
